Here at the Bridge Project we have been supporting people across Bradford’s community for over 35 years and have strong links with a wide range of local partner organisations. We take a proactive approach to partnership working, recognising that effective coordination and multi-agency arrangements not only reduces duplication but significantly improves positive service user outcomes.
